Sales Officer

Lesso Africa Company Limited is seeking Sales Officers to support project and wholesale sales in Dar es Salaam. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Candidates with previous project or wholesale sales experience are preferred, although fresh graduates with relevant academic qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with project and wholesale clients.
• Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients.
• Follow up with prospective customers and support the sales conversion process.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Build and maintain positive long-term customer relationships.
• Provide relevant market and customer feedback to support sales activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Commerce & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project and wholesale sales for experienced candidates.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
