Assistant Human Resource Officer

Platinum Credit Limited is seeking a qualified Assistant Human Resource Officer to support recruitment, employee records, HR systems, performance management, employee relations, and general human resources administration at its Head Office in Dar es Salaam.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process
• Organise and manage employee records and documentation
• Address employee concerns relating to Human Resources policies
• Assist in improving and implementing performance management processes
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely Human Resources reports
• Provide general Human Resources support to employees and management
• Assist in maintaining and ensuring the effective use of Human Resources systems

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Human Resources and Administration experience
• Knowledge of HR support functions and HR systems
• Understanding of labour laws and employment practices
• Computer application proficiency
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail

• Adaptability and flexibility
