Loan Officer

SimplePay Capital Limited is seeking Loan Officers to support loan operations and customer relationships in Mwanza.

The role focuses on customer acquisition, loan repayment collection, customer due diligence, KYC documentation, customer service, and achieving lending and collection targets.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on customer accounts for repayment collection.
• Collect loan repayments according to agreed repayment schedules.
• Conduct customer due diligence and maintain accurate KYC documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Handle front desk duties and support administrative activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Achieve monthly targets for loan disbursement, collections, new customer acquisition and active customers.

Requirements

• High School education.
• Experience in microfinance or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong sales skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Self-driven and dependable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge.
