Official job description

Supports the IT team with installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, cybersecurity, and end-user support to ensure smooth and reliable technical operations at Smartuna Technologies Company Limited in Dar es Salaam.

Responsibilities

Assist in installing and configuring computers, software, and network devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and provide timely support
Perform routine maintenance and backups of systems and equipment
Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights
Support the IT team in ensuring cybersecurity and data protection
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, and support activities
Provide support to end-users and assist in resolving technical issues

Requirements

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic computer hardware, software, and networking knowledge
Technical problem-solving ability
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn
CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar certification is an advantage
