Sales Engineer – Water Solutions

Tamgo Tanzania Limited is seeking a full-time Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development for water solutions, develop customer and project relationships, and recommend suitable pumping, dewatering, irrigation, and water treatment systems across Tanzania.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for water solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain customer and project relationships.
• Recommend suitable pumps, pumping systems, dewatering, irrigation, and water treatment solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits and project-site assessments across Tanzania.

Requirements

• Technical sales and business development skills.
• Knowledge of water pumps, pumping systems, dewatering, irrigation, or water treatment.
• Customer relationship and project management skills.
• Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Sales target and pipeline management skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
