Responsibilities
- Follow up on overdue customer accounts
- Support collection and recovery activities
- Conduct customer visits and repayment negotiations
- Maintain accurate recovery records and reports
- Assist in monitoring portfolio quality and reducing delinquency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Resident of the region for which you apply
- Recent graduates (2024 or 2025) are particularly encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain structured documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High integrity and professional conduct
- Ability to collaborate with teams across different functions
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
