Vipawa Works Inc. Limited is seeking an experienced Air Navigation Expert to support aviation operations in Iringa. The successful candidate will oversee air navigation services, evaluate aerodrome projects, ensure compliance with aviation regulations, and enhance the safety and efficiency of airport and air navigation operations.
Key Responsibilities

Review aerodrome project proposals to ensure operational safety and regulatory compliance.

Assess obstacle clearances and evaluate the impact of aviation infrastructure projects.

Coordinate with aerodrome operators and Air Navigation Services (ANS) teams regarding NOTAMs and Aeronautical Information Publications (AIPs).

Monitor the safety of airports and air navigation facilities during project implementation.

Develop and deliver ANS operational training and technical guidance.

Supervise implementation of air navigation procedures and operational requirements.

Evaluate ANS systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Develop aviation policies, procedures, and regulatory measures.

Prepare technical reports on air navigation facilities, equipment, and safety compliance.

Perform additional aviation-related duties as assigned.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation, or an equivalent field.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in air navigation services or aviation operations.

Strong knowledge of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs).

Experience in planning, developing, implementing, and operating air navigation facilities and services.

Knowledge of Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) systems.

Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.
