Relationship Manager – Group Lending

Grows the group lending portfolio through customer acquisition, credit assessment, portfolio monitoring, loan recovery, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of group lending, loan disbursements, and deposits.
• Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with groups and associations.
• Assess group loan applications and ensure credit policy compliance.
• Monitor portfolio quality, repayments, and recovery of overdue facilities.
• Develop strategies to achieve lending growth, profitability, and portfolio targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, risk standards, and internal policies.
• Prepare reports on portfolio performance and credit quality.
