Responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of Niajiri Platform LTD, including logistics, fleet, finance, human resources, regulatory compliance, service delivery, profitability, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s business plans, strategic objectives, and growth strategies.
- Oversee daily company operations and coordinate all departments to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality service delivery.
- Manage fleet and transportation operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver performance, fuel control, and cargo delivery.
- Ensure safe and timely transportation of fuel and other cargo while complying with transport regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, expenses, cash flow, and profitability in collaboration with the Finance Manager.
- Lead and manage employees in collaboration with the HR Manager, including recruitment, performance management, staff development, and labour law compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licences, permits, company policies, and industry standards.
- Identify and manage operational, financial, and safety risks and implement appropriate controls and corrective actions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, business partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Establish departmental KPIs, review management reports, monitor performance, and provide progress reports to the Directors.
- Ensure effective implementation of the FleetX/ERP system and accurate updating of fleet information.
