Latin Company Limited is seeking a qualified and results-oriented General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, manage financial performance, lead employees, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies in Dar es Salaam.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the company’s day-to-day operations to achieve financial and operational objectives.
- Motivate, lead, and develop employees to ensure productivity, efficiency, and workplace discipline.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget, control expenditures, and ensure sustainable profitability.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure that all company operations comply with applicable national laws, industry regulations, and internal company policies.
- Represent the company professionally in dealings with customers, business partners, stakeholders, and government authorities.
Requirements
- Leadership and team management
- Critical decision-making and business problem-solving
- Financial statement, budget, and financial report analysis
- Marketing and sales strategy development
- Written and verbal communication in Swahili and English
- Knowledge of applicable national laws, industry regulations, and company policies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
