Responsibilities
- Grow MSME, SME, and Emerging Corporate portfolios, deposits, lending, and revenue.
- Acquire new business customers and strengthen existing relationships.
- Assess financing needs and recommend banking products and credit solutions.
- Conduct credit assessments and manage loan portfolio quality.
- Monitor repayments, credit risks, and recovery of overdue facilities.
- Develop strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, credit procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on portfolio performance and business opportunities.
