Jazia Drinking Water is seeking a proactive B2B Sales Person in Arusha to identify, acquire, manage, and grow business accounts requiring reliable water supply solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective businesses that need a reliable water supply
Understand each client’s specific needs and tailor the right solution or offer
Present, negotiate, and successfully close sales deals
Grow and retain the client portfolio to build long-term business relationships
Track and report the sales pipeline and activities on a daily basis

Requirements

B2B sales skills
Business account acquisition and management
Sales presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Client relationship management
Sales pipeline tracking and reporting
Fluency in Kiswahili and English
Basic digital tools proficiency
Smartphone proficiency
Honesty, reliability, independence, proactivity, sharpness, and curiosity
