Project Manager

Raha Reserve Zanzibar is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead construction, fit-out, and opening-readiness works across 35 villas and public areas for the resort’s planned opening.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and site teams against an agreed completion programme
• Resolve material shortages, drawing queries, and approval delays
• Oversee quality, budgets, progress reporting, snagging, and handover
• Coordinate furniture installation, building services, and external works
• Manage readiness against international brand standards and pre-opening inspection requirements

Requirements

• Construction, engineering, or project-management qualification
• Hotel or resort project delivery experience
• International hotel brand standards and pre-opening inspection experience
• Finishing works and contractor management
• Drawing interpretation
• Programme and budget management
• Fluent English
• On-site availability in Makunduchi
