Tanzania Institute of Accountancy is seeking a Tutorial Assistant to support academic activities in Accounting and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct tutorials and seminars in Accounting and Finance courses under the guidance of senior academic staff.
- Assist in preparing teaching materials, marking assignments and invigilating examinations.
- Participate in research activities and pursue further studies to develop an academic career.
- Support students with academic guidance during tutorials.
- Perform other academic duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field from a recognized institution with good academic performance (high GPA).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Interest in teaching and research in Accounting and Finance.
- Ability to work with students and academic staff in a team.
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
- Ability to undertake academic and teaching-related duties.
