Vipawa Works Inc. Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to be based in Tanga.
The HRBP will work closely with business leaders and employees to align human resources strategies with organizational objectives. The role will support talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, professional development, organizational change and employee engagement while helping build a high-performance workplace culture.
Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices.

Support talent acquisition by identifying staffing needs and helping recruit suitable candidates.

Work with leaders to develop succession and workforce plans.

Advise and coach managers on employee-relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Support performance-management processes and help managers address employee performance issues.

Collaborate with professional development teams to identify skills gaps and develop appropriate training programmes.

Support organizational change initiatives and help employees adapt effectively to workplace transitions.

Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR services to internal stakeholders.

Develop and support initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention and job satisfaction.

Help retain high-performing employees by supporting a positive and professional working environment.

Promote a culture of high performance, continuous learning and improvement.

Build strong relationships between the HR function, management and employees.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or another relevant field from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.

Experience working within a Human Resources department or as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Strong knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.

Good understanding of employee and labour relations.

Experience in performance management.

Knowledge of organizational development and workforce-related matters.

Experience supporting recruitment and talent-management activities.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
