Assistant Area Sales Manager

Bayport Financial Services is seeking Assistant Area Sales Managers to support sales growth, agent centre operations, customer service, team leadership, risk compliance, reporting, and execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of NipeBoost and IPF (Insurance Premium Financing) sales targets by driving customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and identifying new market opportunities
• Assist in overseeing day-to-day agent centre operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with internal policies
• Uphold high service standards and manage escalated customer issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Support the Sales Manager in coaching, mentoring, training, and conducting performance reviews for sales agents
• Ensure adherence to credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls to protect the company’s assets
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales, performance, and portfolio reports, and communicate key updates from Head Office
• Support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and provide field insights to inform product and process improvements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Sales and operations experience
• Knowledge of financial services or digital lending is advantageous
• Leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Integrity and professionalism
