Head of Connectivity & Services

Yas Tanzania is seeking a strategic leader to drive business growth, develop innovative connectivity and digital service solutions, optimize product portfolios, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Connectivity & Services strategy in alignment with the organization’s commercial objectives.
• Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities within connectivity, digital, and managed service portfolios.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap for connectivity and digital service offerings.
• Continuously optimize portfolio performance using customer insights and market intelligence.
• Enhance customer experience across all connectivity and service offerings.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Connectivity & Services team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree such as an MBA is an advantage
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, ICT, enterprise solutions, or digital services
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
