Field Collections Officer – Device Financing

Mogo Credit Tanzania is seeking a Field Collections Officer to manage field recovery operations for financed devices, recover company assets in compliance with legal and internal guidelines, and maintain positive customer relationships across field locations.

Responsibilities

• Recover financed devices in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines
• Protect company assets through accurate documentation and secure transportation of recovered devices
• Ensure proper documentation during recovery and handover processes
• Represent the Mogo brand professionally and ethically during customer interactions
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly collection and recovery targets
• Maintain accurate case records and update internal company systems
• Identify and promptly report fraudulent activities or suspicious cases
• Collaborate with Debt Collection, Logistics, Customer Care, and Operations teams
• Ensure field collection activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with data protection policies
