Junior Account Manager – Device Financing

Mogo Credit Tanzania is looking for a Junior Account Manager – Device Financing to manage relationships with dealer partners, help them grow financed smartphone sales, reduce dealer churn, and ensure they receive outstanding support. The role reports to the Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of dealer partners
• Drive dealer performance and financed sales growth
• Reduce dealer churn through proactive account management
• Support onboarding and activation of new dealers
• Coordinate with Loan Officers, Brand Managers and Operations teams
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
• Track dealer KPIs including sales growth, retention, active dealer rate, satisfaction, visits and new dealer activation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success or Relationship Management
• Experience in retail, fintech, banking, telecommunications, FMCG or consumer electronics is an advantage
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset and strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable visiting dealers regularly
